Terms & Conditions
1. The winner will agree to allow Marine Holiday Park to use their personal details, and to participate in photographs, and any other such promotional materials as may be used by Marine Holiday Park, and to allow such information to be used for future marketing purposes. The winner will at all times assist in the promotion of Marine Holiday Park.
2. Entries will be accepted up until the time of the draw at 3.00pm on 12th June 2010.
3. The winner MUST be present at the time of the draw to immediately accept the prize. If the owner of the winning ticket is not present then the competition will immediately be re-drawn until the holder of a winning ticket is present.
4. The caravan will be a 'PARIS' model from the exclusive Marine Holiday Park range, and will be an ex-demonstration caravan which will have had very little use.
5. Free site fees and free rates only will apply to the period of 12th June 2010 to January 10th 2011.
6. The lucky winner will be responsible for site fees, rates and services for the season March 1st 2011 to January 10th 2012 and thereafter for a further two seasons. Full details of costs and due dates of payment can be obtained from Marine Holiday Park.
7. The lucky winner will be required to sign the standard Marine Holiday Park licence agreement and abide by Marine Holiday Park rules.
8. The lucky winner agrees not to sell, dispose or transfer the caravan until after paying 3 years site fees, rates and services in full. The 'PARIS' caravan must at all times remain on Marine Holiday Park. Failure to comply will result in the ownership of the caravan reverting back to Marine Holiday Park Limited without recourse, after 1 month’s notice having been served in writing to the winner’s address.
9. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
10. The "PARIS" caravan used in our promotional material is for illustrative purposes only and may be amended in line with our continual program of product development.
11. All competition entrants must be over the age of 18 years old
12. By entering this competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and accept the decision of Marine Holiday Park as final.
